Messages go through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. The clinic pays WhatsApp’s own message charges to Meta.

Every specialty
When you sign up, you pick your specialties. Clinic OS fills in services, patient fields and message templates to start from, using a catalogue that covers 40 specialties. Change any of it to match your clinic.
Security and data
Patient records are private. This is how Clinic OS looks after them, in plain terms.
The database and the uploaded documents live on a server in India. Two things leave India. WhatsApp messages are delivered by Meta, outside India. And an encrypted off-site copy of each backup is held by Cloudflare in the Asia-Pacific region, which cannot read it.
The owner can download everything the clinic holds, as spreadsheets and files, from Settings, Your data. You can also ask for your data to be deleted.
Every member of staff can do only what their role allows, and can be limited to some branches. Exports, support views and settings changes are written to a log the clinic can read.
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited. Owners can add a second step with an authenticator app. Staff can end their own signed-in sessions.
Backups run every day, the off-site copy is encrypted, and each week one is restored into a scratch database to prove it works. Connections are encrypted in transit.

Questions
Outpatient clinics of every specialty: general practice, dental, skin, ENT, paediatrics, gynaecology, orthopaedics, physiotherapy and more. It suits a clinic with one doctor and a desk, and a clinic with several doctors and branches.
It is not a hospital system. It does not handle in-patient wards.

No. WhatsApp is something you connect when you are ready, and each automatic message can be switched off. The patient bot is off until you turn it on. Until then, patients get no automatic reply, and your staff see every chat as usual.
The four moves the desk makes most (Arrived, Send in, Done and Paid) are saved on the device and sent in order when the connection returns. Other work, such as new bookings and searching all patients, needs a connection. If your line is down, a phone hotspot works.
The live data is on a server in India. WhatsApp messages pass through Meta, and an encrypted backup copy is held by Cloudflare in the Asia-Pacific region. The owner can download the clinic’s data at any time from Settings, Your data.
